FACILITIES

During your holiday, you might wish to make use of the facilities that we offer.

 

24 hour reception, alarm call service, currency exchange, weather forecast, daily newspapers, use of the TV room, use of the books in our libraries, use of the wireless internet, baggage room, childrens playground, and day and evening entertainment program are all provided for you free of charge.

 

The chargeable facilities are our own photographer, hairdresser, laundry service, doctor, market, airport transfers and watersport.

 

Guests are free to use the car park provided, where our Security Guard is happy to help.

 

Upon entrance to our hotel you will be greeted by our Doormanand taken to reception.  On arrival you will feel the wonderful atmosphere offered by our unique architecture.

 

You can take all the information about the hotel from our extremely friendly and helpful reception staff.  From the moment you check-in to the time of your departure Hotel Ambrosia staff will be there for you.  Even once you have left the hotel, you can still hear about our campaigns and innovations by leaving us your contact information.

 

After your speedy check-in you will have access to your room, where if you need any extras, help or

 

information the reception staff are contactable and there to help.

 

Hotel security is provided 24 hours a day.  Certified and experienced guards are provided to control the entrance and the seaside.  In addition to which all public areas, the corridors,  entrance, swimming pool, lobby and reception desk are monitored by a 360 degree security camera system.

 

Fire alarm systems are installed in each room and all existing activities in the areas of general use.  Controlled and periodic maintenance of fire extinguishers is carried out every six months in accordance with TS 11748. The safety of our guests is extremely important to us.

 

Each month to fight any disease and for hygiene control of legionella, we bring in a professional team.  All the tap water is disinfected, and no expenses are spared.  Air conditioning maintenance is done every month in the same way. Your health is precious to us.

 

Each month we spray all areas of the hotel in order to prevent pest reproduction.

 

There are standard TV channels in the rooms, but if there are any channels that you would like to request please dont hesitate in contacting reception.  We try and keep you connected to the social world.

 

Any phone calls made from your room cannot in anyway be listened into, our phone system doesnot allow this. We do not pry into your personal lives, we will only charge the phone calls to your room bill.
